Hi there Guys! Ultra Street FIghter IV was announced by Capcom at EVO, featuring new characters and new alternative outfits by 
, all with a fantasy theme for each one of the new characters. One of the outfits I designed was this one for Hugo. Sice he was one of the henchman for Mad Gear gang, I imagine him in a fantasy setting like the executioner of the town. I wanted to keep the cartoony but scary feelling on him.
